Mit Frauenpower “Revanche” im Basketball gewonnen

Krüger Internat meets Jugendpflege - Mit einem knappen, aber nicht unverdienten Sieg endete am vergangenen Dienstag das zweite Treffen zweier Lotter Basketballteams. Das Hinspiel (9.12.08) der Mannschaften vom Krüger Internat und eines Mixteams der Lotter Jugendpflege ging seinerzeit mit 49:38 an die Internatsmannschaft. Wiedergutmachung war also angesagt, wie Mario Wolf seine Motivation aus Büren beschrieb und trotzdem sollte der Spaß im Vordergrund stehen, was er natürlich auch tat.
Deutlich verstärkt präsentierte sich dann auch das Jugendpflegeteam und verbuchte bis zum Ende eine Führung, die letztlich zum 43:39 Sieg führte. Im Hinspiel war das Krügerteam noch gespickt mit einigen “Aktiven” und Auswahlspielern, die sich jedoch gestern nicht mehr im Kader befanden. Sie hatten bereits zu Wochenbeginn ihren Schulabgang und die entsprechende Heimreise angetreten. Die Jugendpflegemannschaft um die Betreuer Robert Budde und Wolfgang Jannssen, sowie Coach Alex Frontzek, war diesmal bestens besetzt und hatte ihrerseits mit Leonie Frontzek (vom Osnabrücker TB) eine entscheidende Verstärkung “eingekauft”.
Matthias Zander,Betreuer sowie Spieler der “Krüger Jungs” fungierte zunächst als Schiedsrichter und glänzte zusehends im letzten Spielabschnitt. Allerdings konnte auch er an der Niederlage nichts mehr ändern. Ohnehin lief es diesmal recht gut für das Team der Einheimischen und so konnten auch die Neuzugänge Marius Siebelmann und Pascal Nicolay ihre Akzente setzen. Zum weiteren Jugendpflege Team gehörten: Alan Pjanic (Büren), Alexander Fontzek ( Alt-Lotte), Artiomas Gavrilovas (EWS-Praktikant vom “Bansen”, gebürtig aus Litauen), Dennis Mörschel (Alt-Lotte), Mario Wolf ( Büren) und Stefan Liepe (Wersen).
Im Anschluss des Events einigten sich beide Teams noch auf ein Fussballspiel nach den Sommerferien, sowie weitere gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Danach ging man zum gemütlichen Teil über, schließlich hatte das Internat zum Grillen und Open-Air Kino eingeladen.
